CCI Eastern Ontario AGM & Education Session

Join CCI Eastern Ontario at the Infinity Convention Centre in Ottawa for our Annual General Meeting and an educational session immediately afterward.

The AGM offers both in-person and online attendance. The education session is in person only and will not be livestreamed or recorded.

AGM Membership & Voting Eligibility

AGM attendance is limited to confirmed CCI Eastern Ontario members. If you select an option that includes the AGM, your membership will be verified before your AGM attendance is confirmed.

Voting is limited to eligible members who are authorized to vote. Registering for the AGM does not automatically confirm voting privileges. Please provide the requested membership and corporation or organization information so we can verify eligibility. If you register for the AGM and receive confirmation of your memebrship you will then received AGM communications through GetQuorum which will also be handling the voting so please ensure you are receiving their communications. 

Prefer to Attend the AGM Online?

Online AGM registration is handled separately through GetQuorum. Members will receive an email invitation directly from GetQuorum with registration and access instructions. This form does not register you for online AGM attendance.

If you plan to attend the AGM online and then join the education session in person, select Education Session Only on this form and register separately for the online AGM through your GetQuorum invitation.

Advance registration is required. Please register each attendee individually using their own name and email address, and include any dietary restrictions or accessibility requirements.

If your plans change, please update or cancel your registration promptly so we can provide the venue with an accurate attendance and meal count.
