Are you a new condominium Director or an owner who is a potential Director? Do you still need to complete the Condominium Authority of Ontario's mandatory Director Training? For the first time ever, CCI Eastern Ontario is offering a free introductory Director's course for our members(1). Our course, taught by experts in the condominium industry, will help you master the basics so you're ready to ace the CAO's mandatory Director Training.
1 Please be advised that completion of CCI Eastern Ontario's "Level 100 Introductory Course: Getting Started as a Director" is not sufficient to fulfill the requirements for Directors under Ontario Regulation 48/01 of the Condominium Act, 1998. All Directors appointed, elected, or re-elected on or after November 1, 2017 are required to complete the training program provided by the Condominium Authority of Ontario (CAO) within six months of their appointment, election, or re-election.
