Nadia is a highly motivated and achievement-oriented real estate professional with an impressive 40 years of hands-on expertise in the real estate industry; offering a wealth of experience and knowledge in managing multiple residential, condominium and commercial properties. Nadia is a Judge for the Canadian Federation Housing Awards as well as a Supreme Court appointed Administrator/Inspector.

Nadia was part of the Condominium Management Regulatory of Ontario (CMRAO), Stakeholder Condominium Implementation Working Group, implementing changes to the Act.

She has been appointed by the CMRAO to hear complaints or appeals filed with the Discipline Committee and the Appeals Committee and is a committee member for preparing course documents and competencies for both Limited Licensees and General Licensees.

Pat O’Brien

Following a career in Public Relations and Community Relations with Ontario Power Generation, Pat retired in Ottawa purchasing a new-built condo in 2005. He was elected to the 1stBoard of Directors and has served on the board thirteen years. Pat has led the condominium through successful legal settlements with the developer and as well as building management and owner issues.  Pat is a strong supporter of CCI. He completed the Director Training course prior to being elected to the Board and championed mandatory training for all board members within six months of election. Pat believes there should be a strong, active, and respectful relationship between property management and the board.  Pat is also an active volunteer within his community serving on the Hintonburg Community Association Zoning Committee and working with several social service organizations.
