Nadia is a Judge for the Canadian Federation Housing Awards as well as a Supreme Court appointed Administrator/Inspector.
Nadia was part of the Condominium Management Regulatory of Ontario (CMRAO), Stakeholder Condominium Implementation Working Group, implementing changes to the Act.
She has been appointed by the CMRAO to hear complaints or appeals filed with the Discipline Committee and the Appeals Committee and is a committee member for preparing course documents and competencies for both Limited Licensees and General Licensees.

Shelley is a Chartered Insurance Professional and has worked in the insurance industry since 1989. She has been employed in various claims positions, working both for insurance companies as well as 2 national independent adjusting companies. Shelley is licensed in all lines of insurance claims.
She is currently the District Manager of Eastern and Northern Ontario with ClaimsPro, an independent adjusting firm, overseeing offices in Ottawa, Pembroke, Kingston, Belleville and Peterborough as well as five northern branches.
Shelley has specialized in condominium claims for approximately 20 years, adjusting mostly on behalf of Condominium Corporations. She is also well versed in the claims process relating to unit owner policies.
Shelley has presented many seminars relating to Condominium Insurance to her peers in the industry, local condominium corporations, property management companies and for the Ottawa Chapter of the Canadian Condominium Institute. Shelley is also Past President of the Ottawa Valley Adjusters Association.

Christy is one of the founding partners of Davidson Houle Allen LLP.
She provides a full range of corporate and litigation services to condominium directors, managers, owners, and insurers. She also represents co-tenancy associations, and gives advice with respect to co-tenancies’ governing documents.
Christy’s work includes building deficiency actions, proceedings involving difficult owners and tenants, collection and lien proceedings, including power of sale, as well as matters involving the enforcement of property rights. She also has experience with construction law.

Justin is the President and Senior Project Manager at Keller Engineering, a multi-discipline building science and envelope firm that has been providing tailored engineering investigatory and project management services with a focus on condominium restoration since 1982. He has more than 15 years of experience in the field of building science and structural engineering.
Justin has overseen and completed hundreds of reserve fund studies, building conditions assessments, and technical audits, while leading building element investigation including odour transfers, cladding failures, water infiltration, concrete, masonry deterioration and membrane replacements.
As a contract administrator, Justin prepares drawings and specifications for the structural rehabilitations, window and roofing replacements, parking renewals, and envelope restorations.
