With over 15 years of experience, Justin has completed hundreds of reserve fund studies, technical audits, and building investigations.
His expertise in structural rehabilitation and building science will help you ensure your projects are on solid ground.
Rod Escayola - Gowlings' Condominium Law Group
Rod Escayola leads Gowlings’ Condominium Law Group. He focuses his practice on condominium law and on civil litigation, representing condominium corporations, directors, owners and property managers alike. He regularly publishes in-depth articles of interest to the condominium industry and many of his articles and blogs have been republished across Canada. Mainstream media often turns to him to discuss legal matters affecting the condominium industry. Rod is one of the founding members of the Condo Directors Group, a not-for-profit association which provides local condominium directors with a forum to meet, network and share knowledge, skills and experience. Members of the CDG meet on a quarterly basis. Rod has also been on the board of directors of his own condominium since 2009, presently holding the President’s chair. Rod has served as a reservist with the Canadian Forces for 18 years, during which he was deployed to Haiti as a United Nations peacekeeper. In his spare time, Rod is an avid photographer. Rod is fluently bilingual and practices law in both English and French.
