Does your head hurt trying to figure out the unit boundary definitions to determine who pays for a repair?
Are door closers or doorknobs part of the unit or common elements?
Are window cranks corporate or unit responsibility? How about smoke detectors?
What if an item is part way inside the unit and part way through the common elements like a floor drain?
When do you use standard unit description for duty to repair and when do you use the unit boundary description?
Join this session as a condominium lawyer and an engineer help to untangle these issues as different scenarios are presented to them in an effort to better define
Your space and My space.
A must-see presentation for directors, managers, owners and realtors!
