It will also describe what makes a quorum and how to handle all types of voting including proxies.
This course is essential in ensuring that owner's voices are heard and that you are able to communicate effectively.
In this course, the participants will learn about Meetings of Owners: Annual General Meetings, Requisition Meetings, and Special Meetings. The course will also look at what you need to know about Directors' Meetings (aka Board Meetings).
