CCI Eastern Ontario Successfully Concludes Its 2025 Annual General Meeting
The CCI Eastern Ontario Chapter held its 2025 Annual General Meeting on November 28, 2025, through the GetQuorum virtual platform. Thank you to all members who attended live or submitted proxies—your participation continues to strengthen and support our Chapter.
Meeting Highlights
The AGM covered several key updates, including:
- Presentation of the President’s, Treasurer’s, Membership, Communications, and Education reports
- Recognition of the Chapter’s many dedicated volunteers
- Approval of the 2024 AGM minutes
- Appointment of the public accountant for the upcoming fiscal year
- Election of four Board positions for the 2025–2028 term
We were also pleased to hear an insightful update from CCI National on national initiatives, chapter collaboration, and the continued focus on volunteer sustainability and membership engagement.
A Heartfelt Thank You to Outgoing Directors
CCI Eastern Ontario extends its sincere appreciation to the Board members whose terms concluded this year:

Each has contributed meaningfully to the growth, professional excellence, and community engagement of our Chapter. Election of Directors
Four director positions were open for the 2025–2028 term. This year’s slate included a mix of new candidates and several outgoing directors who chose to stand for re-election.
After candidate introductions and member voting, the following individuals were elected:

• Stacey Malcolm
• Jennifer Farquharson
• Noah Johnston
We extend congratulations to all successful candidates and welcome them to the 2025–2028 Board term. We also acknowledge and thank all candidates—returning and new—for their dedication to the Chapter and their willingness to contribute to the future of CCI Eastern Ontario.

With a strong Board, dedicated volunteers, and engaged membership, CCI Eastern Ontario is well positioned for another successful year. We look forward to continuing our mission of delivering high-quality education, fostering collaboration, and supporting condo communities across Eastern Ontario.
