CCI Eastern Ontario has been made aware of fraudulent emails currently circulating that are impersonating our Kingston Conference (May 29, 2026) and attempting to solicit information or sell attendee lists.
These emails are NOT legitimate and are NOT affiliated with CCI Eastern Ontario in any way.
What You Need to Know
- CCI Eastern Ontario does NOT sell or distribute attendee lists.
- We will never request information or payment through third-party email addresses.
- These emails are spam/scam attempts and should be ignored immediately.
Official Communication
All official communications for the Kingston Conference will ONLY come from:
If you receive an email from any other sender claiming to represent the Kingston Conference, do not engage.
What To Do If You Receive One
- Do NOT open attachments
- Do NOT click any links
- Do NOT respond
- Delete the email immediately
- You may optionally forward it to info@cci-easternontario.ca so we can continue monitoring

Unfortunately, these types of scams are becoming more common across industry events. We strongly encourage all members, sponsors, and exhibitors to remain cautious and verify any suspicious communications.
