President’s End of Year Message

As we approach the close of 2025, I am reflecting on a year of meaningful progress for our Chapter. Our membership and community engagement remained strong, and we delivered a full slate of well-attended education seminars and (sold out) conferences that supported directors, managers, and professionals across Eastern Ontario.

A standout milestone this year was the successful launch of The Condo Pod, our podcast dedicated to practical conversations about all things condo! Early listener feedback and participation suggests that our listeners are as excited about the new format for delivering information as we are.  We are looking forward to expanding the series in the year ahead.

These achievements were made possible by the dedication of our volunteers, committee members, presenters, sponsors, and partners. Thank you for sharing your time, expertise, and passion—your commitment strengthens our Chapter and the communities we serve.

Looking to 2026, we will continue to elevate our educational programming, grow member engagement, and champion best practices that support informed, resilient condominium communities throughout Eastern Ontario.
