President’s End of Year Message

As we approach the close of 2024, I want to take a moment to reflect on what has been an extraordinary year for our Chapter and express my gratitude to all of you!

This year, our membership has grown, our events have been well-attended, and we have seen increased engagement from condo directors, property managers, and industry professionals alike. This sense of community within the condominium industry in Eastern Ontario is inspiring and it’s your dedication that allows us to make meaningful strides in advancing best practices, addressing challenges, and fostering professional development.

As we look ahead to 2025, we can be proud of the accomplishments we’ve achieved together—whether it’s the success of our educational seminars, the networking opportunities created, or the important legislative discussions that have helped shape the future of our industry. We have adapted to the changing landscape of condominium governance, management, and services, all while continuing to prioritize collaboration, innovation, and the sharing of knowledge.
I want to take this opportunity to thank our volunteers, board members, and committee members whose hard work and passion are the driving force behind everything we do. Your efforts are invaluable in shaping the direction of the Chapter and ensuring we continue to provide resources, support, and advocacy for our members.

I’d also like to extend my gratitude to our industry partners, sponsors, and everyone who supports the Chapter’s initiatives. Your contributions make a significant impact, enabling us to offer the high-quality programs, services, and events that benefit our entire membership.

Looking forward, I am excited for the opportunities that 2025 will bring. We will continue to focus on education, advocacy, and fostering connections among condo professionals. Together, we will meet the challenges ahead, and continue to make Eastern Ontario’s condominium communities stronger, safer, and more sustainable.
